Emilio D'Arce
Senior ParalegalAn invaluable member of our team since 2009, Emilio R. D’Arce assists with all aspects of Figueroa-Contreras Law Group’s practice. Emilio has worked in the legal field since 1996 and has extensive expertise in full-service immigration matters as well as complex criminal litigation. A native of Managua, Nicaragua, Emilio immigrated to the United States in 1980 and grew up in Miami, Florida. A 1995 graduate of Miami Senior High School, he went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University (FIU) and is a licensed Florida Notary Public. Emilio D’Arce is a senior paralegal in the immigration practice group. Emilio assists with most aspects of the firm’s immigration law practice, including family-based adjustment of status, applications for asylum and withholding of removal among others. He assists with all aspects of filing, including the organization, preparation, document acquisition and due diligence review of all filings with USCIS and the U.S. Immigration Court. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Emilio worked in Carlton Fields as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation Department in Miami, Florida. In his spare time, Emilio enjoys spending time with his wife and catching a good movie.
